Rise above it.

We need to rise above all compromise

And live holy, pure and humble lives

For through God’s word we will find 

the freedom to live in harmony.

Let each one live unto the lord, being who God created them to be

Not trying to make them be like thee.

As children of the Lord most high

We’ve been charged to bridge the great divide

Through prayers unchanging and without end

We can bridge the Gap between God and our friend.

if you believe the path you’re on is the one that's straight and true

then humble yourself and pray for others that God will show them too

never judge nor condemn the life of another my dearest friend.

If on God's word you will lean then the truth of his love will be seen

and the great divide will no longer reside in the hearts of those so dear

for when we love and do not judge we bridge the gap that once was there.

Sometimes we get upset when we feel like others
 don't seem to care
about what we are going through

but the truth is: 

everyone in this life has struggles, tough times and pain.

But you see:

 it's how we handle our struggles, tough times and pain

  that will sets us apart from others. 

we shouldn't need a pat on the back or a

 "I'm so sorry for you" response from others 

because we should be drawing our strength and confidence 

from God knowing 

that he holds us in the palm of his hand!

He loves you more then you know and he is right by your side 

so i urge you to hold on to him.

Don't let your love toward another be swayed 

love them as he loves you. 

It will be okay he's got your back.

His Love!


Jesus loves you Jesus loves me 

so he died on Calvary

for our sins He died

because of his love

then he ascended to heaven above.

He's given us a choice

so with your voice make your choice.

will you accept the work of the cross 

or deny it alas and suffer the loss?

I hope and I pray you make the right choice

so all of heaven can shout and rejoice.

I know if you listen 

then you will hear 

the voice of my savior

 making it clear.

Nails in his hands, nails in his feet

thorns on his head and  he was beat, 

he suffered in shame yes he took our blame

 though death on the cross

was the worst way to go  he refused to ever say no.

He knew what we needed

so he complied 

then giving up his spirit

surely he died...

yet it wasn't quite done 

so arose the son and 

on the third day he paid our ransom 

in every way.

we are not our own 

we are bought with a price

the price that was paid was Christ's life.

Help Me Understand !

  help me to stand firm and free

you're all I have oh Lord 

 I choose to trust in thee

Help me to run with all my might

in the day and at night

up hill or down 'tis all the same 

as long as I remember to call on your name.

cover me now with your grace

help me to stand in this place.

Why must it take so long? 

Why is there so much pain?

My tears do fall just as the rain

Yes showers come from my eyes again.

My tears they flow 

like rivers and streams

comfort me oh Lord my King.

My heart cries out to you oh Lord

I just don't understand.

When oh Lord

 shall I see the promise land.

How much dear Lord must I bare

show me Lord that you do care

the foundation here  is shaky at best

but in you oh Lord I've found sweet rest.

It seems oh Lord 

that you always come through 

I will forever trust in you

the wait was worth it

indeed it's true

Quick To Repent!

Your perfect time didn't  always 

line up with mine

but never the less I've put my trust in you

your faithful to me 

no matter what I may do

I want to be faithful 

To you too.

Sometimes I fall short

of the mark that you've set

but if I'm quick to repent

and never fret

your forgiveness will wash over me

and set me free.

Quick to repent 

when you've fallen short

is all that he asks of you.

So hasten to repentance today!

Get up now and dust yourself off

 walk in the way he's made for you

for Christ forgives us

no matter what we've done

or may do

all He wants is a heart of repentance

and a willingness to be made new.

After all

 he truly

 does love you.

Believe and Receive!

If God's blessings and provision

is what you desire to receive 

then upon his word you must feed and believe.

Believing in God's faithfulness opens the door

 for him to do what you've asked him for

but we can only receive 

what we believe him for.

When your heart is  full of unbelief 

God can not do for you

 what he desires too.

 We must believe him and his word

then speak it out so that it can be heard. 

both far and near  

Believe God's word and Never Fear!

The Lord is always near

and the cries of his children

he doeth hear.

The Woman I Want To Be!

To be the woman of proverbs 31

is what I strive for when the day has begun.

A woman who knows the heart of the heart of her King

and strives to please him in everything.

A woman without fear

 who works with her hands in the fields of the Master

 as He does command.

A woman of virtue

clothed in only the best

 knowing God meets her needs 

even when she's being put to the test;

keeping her trust in the Lord

and letting him do the rest. 

A virtuous and capable woman

is what God made me to be

 so I chose to trust in him and follow his lead

 waking up early to prepare for the day

 and all that is needed along the way.

A woman of obedience

is how I desire to be know

for God is my father

 and heaven is my home.

For 'tis the woman  of proverbs 31

that I long to be

oh Lord my God I do pray:

 please help me today. 

The reward for those who choose to obey

is blessings beyond measure 

each and every day.
